Return / Refund Policy

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our fur babies, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order:

  • No refunds for change of mind.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days from delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in original packaging with hang tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Used, unsealed, damaged, or altered items are strictly non-returnable.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items

  • Apparel and neck collars are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  • Please check the size chart carefully and measure your fur baby accurately before ordering.

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
  • Claims without sufficient proof may not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping (if approved) will be shouldered by the buyer unless the error is ours.
  • Joy buyers, abusive behavior, or misuse of the return/refund system will result in account restriction or banning.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet our policy.
